Monstera deliciosa variegata

The Monstera deliciosa is a species that is native to southern Mexico's tropical forests. Because this variegated monstera has naturally occurring variegation due to genetic mutation, it is considered to be a “true” variegated monstera. Variegation refers to the appearance of differently coloured zones in plant leaves and stems. It is most commonly caused by cell mutation, which results in a lack of chlorophyll in some plant cells.
