How much is shipping?

Shipping costs

  • 6.50 € within Germany per order
  • 16.50 € to anywhere in the European Union per order
  • Free shipping within Germany on orders of 75€ or more
  • Free EU shipping on orders of 100 € or more

We are currently working on a free pick-up location in Munich.

Do you ship to my country?

At this time we can only ship to countries on our side of the pond i.e. EU countries, UK, …..

When will I get my plant?

We process and ship orders at the beginning of the week (Mondays and Tuesdays) to make sure your plant isn’t stuck at the post office over the weekend.

That means if you ordered on a Wednesday, your order will first be packaged up the following Monday and then shipped.

How long does it take to get my plant?

Once shipped:

  • 1-3 days if shipped to a German address and
  • 3-5 days if sent outside of Germany

We always have a tracking number connected to your order. You can follow the link and enter it to see where it is.

I live in Munich. Can I come get my plant instead?

We would love it if you decided to forgo postal delivery and help save a bit of paper. However, we are still working on a suitable pick-up location and will let you know as soon as we got things sorted out.

Why does my plant cost so much?

Plants are like gas prices. At different times of the year they are cheaper or more expensive to source and that depends on a multitude of factors.

Our prices are set to be fair. Our goal is to get you the best price and the healthiest plant we can.

Would you guys get me a certain plant that you don’t have listed?

PLEASE PLEASE share all of your wishlist plants with us. We love to talk about plants and we want to help you find all of the plants you love and desire.

If we don’t have what you’re looking for we will be sure to keep a look out for it and work to come up with a solution.

Can I change something on my order?

Yes please shoot us an email or write to us on the live chat so we can get it sorted!

My plant looks sad. What am I doing wrong?

It’s always difficult to come up with a diagnosis for a plant without knowing a bit of history. If your plant is not at it’s best take a look at our basic plant care section.

We will be offering online and local workshops on basic plant care in the near future. If you like we can do a Skype session as well and talk about the plants together!
